Refund Policy

1. Overview

pSEOpage offers a customer-friendly refund policy. All payments are processed by Paddle.com Inc. as Merchant of Record, so refunds are issued by Paddle on our behalf, back to your original payment method. This policy explains when refunds are available and how to request one.

If you are an EU consumer, this policy is offered in addition to the statutory rights granted by the EU Consumer Rights Directive — see Section 6.

2. 14-day money-back guarantee on first paid plan

For any new Growth or Agency subscription, we offer a full refund within 14 days of the first paid invoice, no questions asked, provided that:

  • You have not generated more than 50 pages on that plan, AND
  • You have not exported a campaign as a WordPress XML or full ZIP package.

The 14-day window starts on the date Paddle issues the receipt for your first paid period. The guarantee applies once per customer and per plan family. Renewals after the first paid period are not automatically refundable — see Section 4.

3. Founders Lifetime Deal

The Founders Lifetime Deal ($149 one-time payment) is a limited-quantity offer. Because each purchase consumes one of the 100 available seats, refund eligibility is more specific:

  • You may request a full refund within 14 days of the original purchase date.
  • You must not have generated more than 50 pages on the Founders tier and must not have exported a campaign.
  • Once the refund is issued, your Founders Lifetime status is removed and the seat is returned to the public counter.
  • After the 14-day window the Founders Lifetime Deal is non-refundable, except where mandatory consumer law requires otherwise.

4. Subscription renewals

  • You can cancel an active subscription at any time from your billing dashboard. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the paid period.
  • Renewal payments are not refundable by default. As a courtesy, if you forgot to cancel and contact us within 5 calendar days of an automatic renewal, and you have not generated more than 10 pages on the renewed period, we will issue a full refund.
  • Annual plans are billed upfront for 12 months. After the initial 14-day guarantee window described in Section 2, annual plans are not refunded on a pro-rata basis if you cancel mid-term, but you keep full access until the end of the paid period.

5. Credit packs

  • Credit packs (Starter Pack, Pro Pack, Business Pack) are one-time purchases that immediately add page credits to your account.
  • You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase only for the unused portion of the credits, provided you have not used more than 25% of the pack.
  • Fully used or partially used credits beyond 25% are non-refundable.
  • Credits do not expire while your account is active.

6. EU consumer rights (right of withdrawal)

If you are a consumer in the European Economic Area or the UK, you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal under the Consumer Rights Directive. Because pSEOpage is a digital service that becomes available immediately upon purchase, by completing checkout you expressly consent to immediate provision of the Service and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal is lost once the Service has been fully provided (e.g. when you generate or export pages).

Where you have not yet started using the Service, you can still exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days of purchase by emailing hello@pseopage.com. This is in addition to our voluntary 14-day money-back guarantee described above.

7. Refunds we cannot offer

We are unable to issue refunds in the following cases:

  • The 14-day window has passed and the request does not fall under any of the specific exceptions above.
  • The account has been suspended or terminated for breach of the Terms of Service (e.g. fraud, scraping abuse, illegal content).
  • The refund request is unrelated to a payment to pSEOpage (for example, third-party charges by your bank, FX losses, or chargebacks initiated through your card issuer that are later won by us).
  • The transaction was not made in good faith (e.g. repeated “refund-and-rebuy” loops to abuse the policy).

8. How to request a refund

  1. Email hello@pseopage.com from the email address associated with your account.
  2. Include your Paddle transaction ID (visible on your invoice and inside the in-app billing dashboard) and a brief reason.
  3. We acknowledge requests within 3 business days. If approved, Paddle issues the refund to your original payment method.
  4. Funds typically arrive within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

You may also raise a refund request directly with Paddle by replying to your invoice email or contacting Paddle support.

9. Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a card chargeback — we resolve almost all issues directly and faster. Unjustified chargebacks may lead to suspension of your account and blocking from future purchases.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date reflects the current version. Material changes apply only to purchases made after the new effective date.
