Refund Policy

1. Overview

All payments for pSEOpage are processed by Paddle.com Inc. as Merchant of Record. Paddle is the seller of record for all transactions, handles invoicing, tax and refunds on our behalf. Their terms apply alongside ours and are available at paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

2. 30-day money-back guarantee

We offer a full refund within 30 days of purchase for any paid plan (Growth, Agency) or one-time purchase (Founders Lifetime Deal, Credit Packs), no questions asked.

To request a refund, email hello@pseopage.com within 30 days of your purchase with your Paddle transaction ID. Refunds are processed by Paddle back to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.

3. Subscription renewals

You can cancel an active subscription at any time from your billing dashboard. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the current paid period.

Renewal payments are eligible for a refund if requested within 30 days of the renewal date. Contact hello@pseopage.com with your transaction ID.

4. EU consumer rights (right of withdrawal)

If you are a consumer in the European Economic Area or the UK, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal under the Consumer Rights Directive. Our 30-day guarantee above exceeds this statutory right.

EU consumers may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

5. How to request a refund

  1. Email hello@pseopage.com from the address associated with your account.
  2. Include your Paddle transaction ID (visible on your invoice and in your billing dashboard).
  3. We acknowledge requests within 3 business days. If approved, Paddle issues the refund to your original payment method.

You may also contact Paddle directly by replying to your invoice email or visiting paddle.com.

6. Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a card chargeback — we resolve almost all issues directly and faster. Unjustified chargebacks may lead to suspension of your account.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date reflects the current version. Material changes apply only to purchases made after the new effective date.
